Promoted from UX Designer (Feb - Jun 2025) after 5 months, I led end-to-end design for core enterprise B2B SaaS modules across international squads. I partnered with Product Managers and Engineering leads to translate complex asset maintenance business logic into structured multi-step workflows, designed multi-modal enterprise AI agents (HubSpot-synced deal tracking for Account Managers and a hands-free voice agent for work orders and audits), and shipped AI Action Center, mobile and web incident reporting, and assisted troubleshooting interfaces, alongside revamped navigation, auth, and analytics dashboards. I also scaled a multi-platform design system using Figma variables and design tokens, speeding up front-end implementation, ran usability benchmarking against comparable systems, mentored a junior designer, and introduced design sprints to the team.

I revamped a mobile trade app to enhance engagement and designed an app builder with an integrated feature store. I led user research for a website builder and improved a web-based builder with a CMS. Additionally, I managed design documentation, style guides, and the company’s brand guide to ensure cohesive branding across projects.

I led the design for Serendib Hotels Malawi's user-centric website, created the CreativeHub app to streamline client management, and established a user-centered design process within the company, fostering a culture of design thinking.

I enhanced the UX of WSO2 Integration Studio with acclaimed features, developed a prototype for Smart on FHIR leading to client integration, and revamped the WSO2 FHIR API hub with React for improved usability.
